How do I purchase?
Purchases are arranged directly with our sales team. Send us your target venues and instruments and we scope the right plan, then share a sample file and licence terms.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed monthly. You can change your venue mix at renewal. No long lock-in — though annual arrangements are available on request.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Sales will send a representative sample tick file for your chosen market so you can validate schema and quality before committing.
What can I use the data for?
Algorithm research, backtesting and forward testing only. It is not licensed for live order execution, third-party virtual trading products, or redistribution. See the Terms.
Do you offer custom venue mixes?
Yes. If none of the listed bundles fit, sales can quote a custom combination or a multi-seat licence.
Which formats are included?
All of them — Parquet, CSV, the REST history API and the live WebSocket stream are available on every plan.
